The reports of the Gesellschaft für Rechtsvergleichung for its members – titled Mitteilungen – are issued by the secretary general in loose succession as required. The Mitteilungen are to inform about the aims of the Gesellschaft für Rechtsvergleichung, about its organisation and its practical work. The Mitteilungen do not want to compete with scientific journals for comparative law and foreign law. Since 2022, our members receive the Mitteilungen as an electronic newsletter.
